When can physiotherapy be beneficial to your dog?

Apollo Animal Physiotherapy believes each dog is entitled to caring and effective treatment. The first stage involves the identification of changes in behaviour and movement. Lameness can involve one or more limbs and has a varied impact on the dog’s life. Once diagnosed, we devise an individual treatment programme to meet your dog’s specific needs & achieve real improvement. Veterinary consent form can be found below & must be completed prior to physiotherapy treatment commencing.

What can

Physiotherapy assist with?

Recovery from surgery - joint, spinal, soft tissue

Abnormal posture when standing or sitting
Abnormal movement when walking or running (e.g. bunny hopping with the back legs)
